Hourly Rate: $55 per hour (minimum 2 hours per clean).
Travel and Product Charge: $20-$30 per clean for the Wellington region
(Includes cleaning products, equipment, travel and administration).Examples of Pricing:
2-hour regular clean: $130 + GST or $149.50 GST inclusive.
$55 x 2 + $20 Travel, product and service charge

Airbnb Changeovers

We can work with your requirements and hosting timetable to help take the load off.
Scheduled: As required, on a predetermined schedule. With cleaning times depending on the property size and requirements.
One-off: If you’re in a bind and need to have an immediate changeover, we may be able to help.

Currently we service most of the general Wellington region for one off cleaning (deep cleans, carpet cleaning, scrubbing etc).
For regular cleaning services our service area is Wellington central and adjacent suburbs out to Broadmeadows, Seatoun, Island Bay, Brooklyn and Karori.
